Questions from the people who review DataBridge
Short answers, each with a link to the page that shows it working.
Budget and pilot
How was it tested?
We test DataBridge on synthetic company data with known answers, so every result can be checked. Each result carries its date, and a pilot runs the same checks on your files.
How much does DataBridge by Walnut cost, and how long is a pilot?
Not published on this site: prices and pilot length. Write to outreach@walnut.sg.
Daily use
Does DataBridge replace our systems?
Your systems keep running. DataBridge reads data where it sits and feeds the tools you choose, so an old system can be retired on your own schedule.
Data and models
Which work needs AI?
Matching records, reconciling figures, building reports and exporting use ordinary software and no AI, so the same data always gives the same result.
IT, privacy and vendor risk
Does anything leave our network?
When it is installed on your own premises, nothing is uploaded and nothing connects out. DataBridge is built to be customisable: it is configured to each organisation's environment and needs.
Who sees what?
Each person sees only what their role allows. Your administrators set the roles once, and access follows each person's role from then on.
Can we leave, and take everything?
Export the whole record in standard formats, and we restore it into a fresh system in front of you, so you can see nothing was lost.
What do our reviewers get before installation?
The disclosure policy and the model use statement are on this site.
Where can our IT team read the technical detail?
The Technical overview covers the architecture, model options, data handling, access control, connectors, exports and what a security review receives.
