One connected brain for your business

Trusted, usable knowledge from your organisation's fragmented data

DataBridge by Walnut connects the information spread across your existing systems into one record your teams can use. Ask a question in plain English and get the answer from your data, with the source on every figure. It runs on your own machines, and nothing leaves your control.

For every team · Works with your existing systems · Runs on hardware you control

It starts with a demo on a sample of your own documents and data.

What the brain shows, step by step

  1. Apart: the files of four teams sit in their own places. Sales and customers keep customer records, email threads and contracts. Finance keeps ledgers, invoices and spreadsheets. Operations keeps project docs, support tickets and delivery logs. People and teams keep meeting notes, handover notes and policies.
  2. Gathered: the files stream into the six parts of the brain, each team adding to every part.
  3. Formed: the writing turns white and the parts close into the shape of the Walnut mark.
  4. Opened: the brain opens and names four linked records, a customer, a supplier, a project and a document, each joined to the files of several teams.
  5. One record: the brain closes into one record, and its trunk grows down into the page.

Teams told us where the hours go

  • Months before a project can start

Each new data or AI project can spend months gathering data from scattered systems. The next project starts the hunt again.

    Today
No project starts until the data is found
    With DataBridge
Sources connect once, and the next project starts from the same record
  • Access that arrives late

Data approvals drag on, so interns, new joiners and project teams sit waiting for the data they need.

    Today
Access is approved one request at a time
    With DataBridge
Access follows each person's role, set once by your administrators
  • Tools chosen by old systems

When your data sits inside one supplier's system, your teams stay on that supplier's tools, even when better ones are available.

    Today
Changing tools means moving the data first
    With DataBridge
Data is read where it sits and fed to the tools you choose
  • Knowledge that leaves with people

When a senior person changes project or leaves, the handover note holds only part of what they knew.

    Today
The reasons behind decisions are rarely written down
    With DataBridge
Decisions, corrections and context stay in the record, with their evidence

The answers are somewhere in the organisation. Getting to them is where the time goes.

  • 25% of a team's time goes to searching for answers. Atlassian, State of Teams 2025, 12,000 knowledge workers.
  • 5.3 hours a week, per person, spent waiting on colleagues for information or recreating work that already exists. Panopto with YouGov, 2018, 1,001 employees.
  • 42% of an organisation's know-how is held only by individual employees. When they move on, it goes with them. Panopto with YouGov, 2018, 1,001 employees.

The cost shows up as slower projects, repeated work and decisions made on partial information.

Make your company's knowledge work as one

We make your organisation's scattered information ready to use: connected, understood and trusted, whatever its format, source or system.

Three paper folders, holding a table, a contract and a timeline, are joined by fine coloured threads to a lens in a central folder, where their pieces line up as one record with a green tick. A Company Brain that connects your data, and the intelligence layer your teams use to ask questions, get reports and draft routine work.

Every fact has a source. Now put it to work.

Time back

Example: today's cost at the Panopto average

5.3 hours × 40 people × S$60 an hour = S$12,720 a week, about S$661,000 a year.

It is the cost of the problem today. How much of it you get back is measured in the pilot, against the baseline you set.

Data ready for AI tools, each row linked to where it came from

Two layers on one foundation

Your machines

The intelligence layer

  • Questions in plain English, answered from your data with the source on every figure.

  • Describe the task in one sentence. DataBridge drafts the work and a person approves it.

  • A view of where work waits, repeats or depends on one person

  • Data ready for AI tools, each row linked to where it came from

  • The weekly report, the client pack and the handover note, assembled from current records.

The Company Brain

  1. Reads databases, documents, spreadsheets, email and the systems your teams use.

  2. Recognises the same customer, supplier, project or person across every source and links them into one record.

  3. Gives each job the information in the form it needs: answers, reports, tables for analysis, and data ready for AI tools.

  4. Each figure read from a file points to the cell, line or page it came from, and shows whether it has been checked.

  5. Runs on your machines, with the AI model you choose. Each person sees only what their role allows.

How it works

Your data stays inside your walls

  • Your choice of model
  • Runs on your machines
  • Access by role
  • A person confirms what AI proposes
  • Every version is kept
  • Leave with everything
