- Company Brain
- The record underneath DataBridge: your sources connected into one record, the same customer, supplier, project or person linked across them, and each figure read from a file pointing to its source.
- Intelligence layer
- The work built on the record: answers to plain-English questions, reports from current records, drafted work for a person to approve, and workflow analysis.
- Source link
- The pointer from a figure back to the cell, line or page of the file it was read from.
- Validation status
- What a figure shows beside its source link about whether it has been validated.
- Version
- A correction is added as a new version and the old one is kept, so the record can be read as it stood on any past date.
- Role
- What a person may see. Your administrators set the roles once, and each person sees only what their role allows.
- On-premise setup
- DataBridge installed in your environment, on hardware you control. In this setup it uploads nothing and makes no outbound connection.
- Baseline
- How a workflow performs before a pilot, in hours and outcomes, set with you at the start and measured against during the pilot.
- Synthetic data
- Company records generated for testing, where the right answer to every check is known in advance. No customer data is in them.
- Full history
- When each fact was true and when it was recorded, so any past answer can be shown again exactly as it was given.
- Business vocabulary
- One agreed meaning for customer, order, contract and project, used by every team.
- Relationship map
- How records connect: contract to customer, invoice to order, account to owner.
- Source snapshots
- A copy that cannot be changed of what each source said when it was read, so figures can always be checked.
- Change tracking
- When a source value changes, every answer built on it is flagged.
- Architecture sheet
- The full description of how DataBridge is built and installed, which your IT, privacy and vendor-risk reviewers receive before anything is installed.

What this site does not claim: it shows no results from customers, and its test results come from synthetic company data, each with its month.
