Where AI is used, and where it is not

How DataBridge uses AI models: the work that needs none, the model you choose, what a person approves and what is logged.

Matching records, reconciling figures, reports and exports need no AI. Where AI helps, it is the AI you choose, and what it proposes waits for a person.

It starts with a demo on a sample of your own documents and data.

AI projects stall when the data they need is not ready to use.

60% of AI projects unsupported by AI-ready data will be abandoned through 2026, Gartner forecasts. Gartner newsroom, February 2025.

Work that needs no AI

Matching records, reconciling figures, building reports and exporting use ordinary software and no AI, so the same data always gives the same result.

The AI you choose, or none

You decide which AI model DataBridge uses. You can run it on your own machines, or use none.

Nothing a model suggests is added or sent until a person approves

A fact the AI suggests waits until a person confirms it, and a drafted email goes out only after approval. Each confirmation is recorded with its date.

Every number is checked

Every number in a sentence the AI writes is checked against the fact it cites, or the sentence is refused.

Hidden instructions in files are treated as content

Instructions hidden in an email or file are treated as content. In 26 planted tests on synthetic data in August 2026, none was followed.

Each use of AI is recorded

Each use of AI is recorded, with a digest of what went in and what came out.

The model use statement, for your records
